  Helpful Geek Squad staff at this location. Although they did schedule me for a 10AM appointment and request I show up 5 minutes early... Yet refuse to open the doors for us until 10AM. So then don't say be there early if you have a 10AM appt. But they were able to assist me in my computer needs and were friendly and informational.

  Bought a laptop a year and a half ago and it stopped working. I called and explained to Geek Squad what the problem was. They had me make an appointment to come in. I drove an hour there just for them to tell me I've had it too long and need to contact HP. I was there for a total of 30 seconds for an hour drive. The person helping me was very nice and said that they should have asked me how old the laptop was before having me come in... ummm I told them! Very very frustrating and a waste of my Saturday. Also, don't buy an HP. They don't stand behind their products and want to charge me $600 to fix a $400 laptop... junk.
