  Especially disappointed with my experience at this store today. Our satisfaction with this store varies greatly with each visit. Often it is a struggle to receive adequate help, or even the right directions to an item. Today we stopped to pick up a new toilet, and when it was brought to our car it was damaged, as shown in the photo. The clearly marked "fragile" box was dented on two sides and even had a small hole. The employee assured us that the toilet would be in good shape, so we brought it home. Sure enough, the toilet is shattered. Called about a replacement and was told some of the others looked damaged, but some boxes were probably okay. Why don't they check their stock before selling it if they are on the shelf damaged like that? Regardless, I was told I would not receive compensation for my hour drive for a replacement, and they do not do deliveries. So disgusted for the wasted time out of my day today.

  I came with the expectation of trying out a few of the mattress displays, however the store was under constuction. Victor took the time to walk me back through the construction mess and dig throught all the mattresses to find the one I wanted. He went as far as to tell me he could lay one on the ground and check to see if the firmness was correct for me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
